<title>About the role</title>

As an Account Specialist you will have a clear understanding of our key business goals and actively support our partners to generate long-term value for our partners on the platform. In addition you also have to be a strong team player and willing to do things outside of the day-to-day work activities - supporting local execution of our global projects through collaboration with the Account Management team in managing business priorities.

Bolt Food currently operates in 12+ countries across Europe & Africa and will expand to more markets in the next few years!

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Manage and organize eater-facing campaigns ensuring that all processes are in place at the city level to maximize campaign performance</point>
  • <point>Analyze market specific behavior to gain insights and support the team in improving customer experience</point>
  • <point>Support the execution of our commercial strategy, solve daily commercial and operational challenges</point>
  • <point>Collaborate with the Sales & Operations team to smoothly activate all restaurants</point>
  • <point>Negotiate restaurant contract conditions such as commission rates and campaign plans</point>
  • <point>Communicate with restaurant partners in-person, via phone, email and Zoom on an ongoing basis to monitor and support progress toward their business objectives</point>
  • <point>Work with cross functional departments to drive business growth (Campaigns, Partner Operations, Customer Service, Courier Operations)</point>
  • <point>Achieve growth by contributing to the country's targets through building strong business relationships with a portfolio of business partners, restaurants in the designated area.</point>
  • <point>Support and execute on the portfolio / country commercial strategy that expands Food’s customer base.</point>
  • <point>Understand market shifts and opportunities whilst being fully aware of new products and competition status.</point>

  • <point>1-2 years of experience: preferably in Account Management, Consulting, Business Development</point>
  • <point>Good analytical skills: ability to interpret and present data to generate insights and support decision-making</point>
  • <point>Never-settle mentality: proven track record of client success and consistently achieving critical metrics and revenue targets</point>
  • <point>Commercial vein: ability to build professional relationships with business partners using listening, negotiation and persuasion skills</point>
  • <point>Ownership: ability proactively find solutions to business problems</point>
  • <point>Passion: drive to work with new technologies or with food tech</point>
  • <point>Excellent communicator: ability to effectively communicate with many stakeholders involved</point>
  • <point>Good project manager skills: capable managing multiple projects, resources, priorities and time</point>
  • <point>Minimum language requirements: Maltese Native and Business level English speaker</point>
