What You’ll Do

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will use your consulting, learning content, delivery and program management skills to create, curate and implement effective learning solutions to develop the capability of our organisation.

This is how you'll bring the purpose of your role to life: 

  • Working with people partners to understand the learning requirement problem statement and complete the discovery work to identify the specific learning need
  • Identify required behaviours, knowledge and skills and complete a gap analysis and define success measures
  • Ensure strategic alignment of learning requirement and gain governance approval
  • Scope learning requirements and lead the design of overall learning experience for learning initiatives
  • Scope and plan resource requirements for initiative and project manage assigned resources throughout project duration
  • Develop or deliver learning content & activities to meet the needs of the business and ensure a positive and quality learning experience
  • Ensure in designing, developing and delivering innovative and engaging learning solutions that they meet the needs of diverse employee groups
  • Assist in simplifying the learning experience for our employees, making it accessible and easy to consume through innovation and leveraging technology
  • Plan and manage the implementation of learning initiatives which are cost effective, timely and meet agreed quality standards
  • Design and action user acceptance testing of learning programs/products/processes
  • Manage campaigns for targets audiences and products as required and provide analysis of campaign outcomes
  • Evaluate the success of learning initiatives against performance measures, make recommendations for iterations and work with stakeholders to implement
  • Make data driven decisions to improve learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Proactively focusing on continuous improvement to consistently enhance learning products and processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Business consulting/partnering skills to define requirements, complete discovery work and present recommendations to deliver the best learning experience
  • Demonstrated data driven decision making skills
  • Understanding of learning evaluation and measurement
  • Understanding of the learning ecosystem and the impacts on the learner experience
  • Understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan, prioritise and deliver results in a busy environment
  • Strong planning and Program Management skills - experience in managing multiple complex programs simultaneously
  • Understanding and designing solutions that consider E2E user experience 
  • Experience in resolving issues as they arise in design and delivery stages of projects
  • Knowledge and demonstrated use of HCD principles will be advantageous
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills 
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, able to find focused solutions to business problems
