Solution Design Lead (Contact Center) - 6 to 10 yrs - Bangalore/Pune/Chennai/Gurgaon

About this Team:

In-house team focusing on development and customization of IVR applications for Financial Institutions and Banks

What you will be doing

  • Should be able to understand business requirements and propose solutions basis compliance and security related needs.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities

  • Defining the vision for the team’s product

  • Creating a product road map based on this vision

  • Overseeing all stages of project creation including design and development

  • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process

  • Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

  • Strong in Documentation with experience of working in an Agile based delivery model.

What you bring

  • 5 to 12years of relevant experience as Solution consultant for Contact Center Technologies like IVR, ACD, Workforce Management, Omnichannel, SIP trunk etc.

  • Strong knowledge of Contact Center environment and related technologies.

  • Experience in the designing, RFP response basis client requirement to propose contact center solutions (Cloud / hosted).

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and familiarity in monitoring and instrumentation tools.

  • Hands-on experience in the implementation of ACDs, IVR,
