The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Diagnostic Imaging (DI) will lead the demand generation marketing efforts for IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging. This is a key position within the Diagnostic Imaging line of business, responsible for developing and executing growth strategies across a diverse portfolio including x-ray systems, software (IDEXX Web PACS), and AI-enabled service solutions.

Your primary goal will be to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while advancing lead generation in partnership with the Diagnostic Imaging sales team. You will leverage your deep marketing expertise to craft innovative strategies, partnering with a team of highly talented peers across the line of business, sales teams, and the global marketing organization to achieve and exceed growth targets.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact

  • Develop and Execute Demand Generation Campaigns: Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads across digital, physical, and IDEXX ecosystem channels.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop strategies to capture and convert leads through various marketing channels, implement lead scoring and nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel. You will take responsibility for delivering marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams: Work closely with sales teams to align demand generation efforts with sales goals. Coordinate with product teams to understand product offerings and develop targeted campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM Management: Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to execute campaigns, monitor lead generation, and track performance. Ensure accurate data management and integration with CRM systems
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Snowflake), generate insights and reports to measure ROI and inform future marketing strategies

What you will need to succeed

  • Drives Results. Proven track record of demand generation success, demonstrated by 5-7 years of experience where you’ve created designed and executed successful demand generation campaigns
  • Hands-on Campaign Management experience managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns with demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and achieve qualified lead generation targets.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign execution and lead management with proven ability to set up and optimize automated workflows.
  • Strategic mindset, with demonstrated content strategy and execution expertise and knowledge of best practices in content marketing, digital marketing channels, and SEO.
  • High analytical proficiency, leveraging data-driven insights to both develop strategic insight and measure product adoption, engagement and success.
  • Collaborates Effectively. Ability to build strong relationships and work with teams, peers, and executives on cross-organization initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
