About the Role

Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

推动并跟进精英营销员培育计划,以期培育新进营销员队伍,并达成分公司年度新人的绩效和新增人力总人数目标。

1.      根据公司精英营销员培育计划,组织并管理新人班,讲授培训课程,辅导、帮助营销员成长,定期进行业绩追踪,以期达成业绩目标;

2.      协助进行营销员管理,推动规划营管处业绩及人力发展;

3.      组织、参与营销员日程活动,包括晨会、增员活动及客户推广活动等;

营销员工作及心态辅导。

岗位要求:

  • 大学本科及以上学历,保险专业或市场营销专业优先;
  • 三年以上保险行业营销员渠道业务发展、新人衔训或组训相关经验;
  • 具备良好的人际沟通能力和演讲技巧,工作积极主动;

具备良好的活动策划与组织管理能力、较强的执行力和团队合作精神。
