So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our customers and their clients every day. We are looking for an innovative and strategic digital and demand marketing team leader to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in building growth strategies across diverse marketing channels, creating integrated marketing approaches, and collaborating closely with large sales organizations to drive measurable business outcomes.
This includes:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging various marketing channels including digital, content, events, and partnerships.
Utilize deep knowledge of the demand waterfall model to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes, ensuring alignment with sales goals and revenue targets.
Work closely with sales leadership and teams to understand pipeline needs, optimize lead handoff processes, and drive alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful customer journeys.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Mentor, coach, and lead a team of digital and demand generation professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Manage the digital and demand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and achieve key performance indicators.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead in the market.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in digital/demand generation or related marketing roles, with a proven track record of building and executing successful growth strategies.
Expertise in understanding and implementing the demand waterfall methodology to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Experience working closely with large sales organizations, understanding their needs, and driving collaborative initiatives.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
