AI Software Product Manager

The AI Software Product Manager will spearhead strategy and roadmap development for HP's unique AI software solutions. Your expertise in the AI software domain and insight into leveraging AI for enhancing productivity will be pivotal. This role entails collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional teams including Design, R&D, and other HP teams to identify software solution opportunities and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic insights to executive management and guide the formulation of strategy, trade-offs, and decisive actions for the portfolio. Develop and implement long-term portfolio plans and roadmaps. Establish a roadmap for transformation, prioritize projects and allocated resources to ensure successful roadmap execution.
  • Champion strong collaboration and garner support from ecosystem partners throughout ideation, development, ideation, launch, and sales activities.
  • Influence and oversee issue resolution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.


Education & Experience

  • Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing or planning.

  • Strategic foresight and vision regarding AI software trends.
  • Demonstrated success in uniting diverse groups to advance initiatives and effectively launch products and solutions to market.
  • Capable of effective leadership in complex environments, delivering tangible results.
  • Skilled in influencing without direct authority; adept at balancing competing priorities with flexibility and creativity.
  • Adept at clearly communicating abstract concepts. Possess advanced communication abilities tailored to diverse audiences, including proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation formats.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $118,500.00 -- $181,800.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
