MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Head of Trade Marketing is responsible for leading, setting & implementing strategy & direction for trade marketing team. Trade Marketing team will consist of 3 core capabilities – category development, channel development & revenue growth management (RGM). He/she must be able to drive team to develop channel strategy for category/brands, lead implementation, evaluate results, design merchandising priorities & category management activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Head of Trade Marketing will also be accountable as guardian of MY Trade Sales GTM principles & stewardship compliance. He/she is responsible to drive scale & integration across trade marketing related work (either category or channel), which includes:
Head of Trade Marketing must have experience in both category trade marketing and channel/retailer management, as such he/she will be responsible to develop capability building plan for his/her customer marketing team.
