海外市场经理将与海外市场团队紧密合作,了解商务团队的整体策略和规划,深度理解各主要海外市场消费者洞察,出行习惯,触媒习惯,内容喜好等;带领团队及供应商策划及产出各主要海外市场的线上、线下市场传播计划,包括但不限于媒介选择,投放计划,整合活动计划等。从而帮助上海迪士尼度假区完成在海外市场的品牌建设,消费者沟通,互动,活动推广,产品销售等目标。

该职位将汇报给经理,海外市场,并常驻上海。

工作内容:

  • 通过与商务部及其他各部门及合作平台方的合作:
  • 深度了解主要海外客源市场的消费者及媒介生态(包括但不限于 大中华区,东南亚,日本,韩国)
  • 深度理解上海迪士尼度假区的品牌和市场策略,并负责海外市场的品牌广告,效果广告的投放计划,投后管理及效果评估优化等工作
  • 通过内部团队合作,针对所沟通市场产出多语言,本地化的广告素材,文案等
  • 对于投放及创意的表现进行分析,优化迭代,提供以数据为基础的优化方向,沉淀广告优化方法论
  • 管理媒介供应商,活动供应商等,确保市场活动按时按质按量完美落地执行

我们希望您

  • 拥有品牌营销,市场营销, 媒介策划与管理等专业或相关的本科学位;
  • 5年以上市场营销,品牌传播,媒介投放等相关项目执行及管理的经验;
  • 有品牌出海,及品牌海外运营经历者优先
  • 拥有较强的数据分析,诠释及总结能力;
  • 能够在紧迫的期限前完成工作;
  • 必须十分注重细节;

Job Summary:

This Overseas marketing manager will work closely with commercial team, understand overall Brand strategy and Marketing Activation plans, as well as key overseas market consumer insight & media behavior. and lead team & vendor to plan & execute overseas marketing media plan & brand campaigns, include but not limited to media selection, media planning, IMC campaigns etc, in order to achieve brand building, brand communication, consumer engagement platform activations & EC sales for Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR). This position will report to the Manager, Overseas Marketing, and will be based in Shanghai.

Job Responsibilities:

  • By executing cross team collaboration with internal marketing team & platform partners:
  • Deeply understand overseas consumer, market & media landscape (include but not limited to Greater China market, South east Asia market, Japan & Korea market)
  • Deeply understand SHDR brand & commercial strategy & adapt such strategy via overseas market media & activation campaign with data based iteration.
  • In charge of all media asset local adaptation via close cooperation with internal & external key stakeholders
  • Able to build measurement & optimization methodology to constantly iterate overseas media campaign & activation performance base on data.
  • Cross team communication & management to optimize & smoothen ways of working in order to increase collaboration efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in branding, marketing, media planning & management or related majors;
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communication, media planning & execution
  • Experience of previous overseas marketing (esp. south east Asia, Greater China market ) is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail a MUST;
  • Analytical and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company;
  • Strong collaborative, relationship-building, and influencing skills;
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn;
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English and Mandarin.
