What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Head of Gaming to join our growing team. 

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • To achieve an annual revenue target for both our Gaming Sector, develop industry relationships within the sector and strategic alliances to increase and drive revenues across the TU portfolio.
  • To lead, coach and manage a sector sales team to ensure the revenue targets are met and the portfolio of Transunion solutions are sold into new and existing clients
  • Ensure sales Pipeline has the necessary coverage at all times taking and reporting what remedial action is required, if the pipeline is short
  • To collaboratively work with internal and external stakeholders at an enterprise level to ensure business and revenue opportunities are maximised
  • To collaboratively work with Group Marketing, Solutions and Product Management to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Plan and develop Sector Strategy plans, implementing sales strategies within the sector to increase sales performance
  • Provide end to end sales leadership and accountability for the sales performance of their team, including setting KPIs for team members
  • Comply and adhere to all FCA regulations including TCF whilst building out knowledge of upcoming regulation and external influencing bodies 
  • Work with and build good relationships with Business Partners from across the business to ensure all people, product, legal & Compliance and marketing activities are executed and managed consistently to Company standards
  • Reports and monitors competitor offerings and activity
  • Oversees the negotiation of client contracts and support in commercial structuring

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Leadership experience managing people to KPI’s
  • Present at large scale internal and external events industry events as a thought leader in Gaming and data/software platforms
  • Proven ability to manage opportunities across a multiple individuals and stakeholders 
  • Planning and management experience working directly with senior management and Executives
  • A strong understanding of Gaming, software/data platforms and analytics
  • Experience or understanding of fraud, credit and affordability solutions
  • Has worked in a regulated environment

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Able to build credibility and strong relationships (internal and external)
  • The ability and confidence to present and communicate at all levels including senior management, exec and board level
  • Adaptable and flexible as this role requires the candidate to work both in the office and remotely
