Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working on Industry X Security and performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work using your technical expertise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Industry X Security components of application code across one or more clients. - Providing subject matter expertise in the execution of operational technology (OT) Security workshops, risk assessments and remediation engagements for clients. - Apply deep security skills to provide the following security services: design, build and protect industrial control systems, applications, data, assets and people for Accenture and our clients. - Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work using your technical expertise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Ensure the quality of the code by performing code reviews and testing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Industry X Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security, network security, and application security. - At least 5-6 years of experience in security research. - Consulting and Performing Security Assessments covering OT Security, SCADA, ICS/Industrial Control Systems Security. - Network Security and also preferred 3+ years of experience/understanding in web, Infra, IOT/IIOT, Endpoint and Application Penetration testing. - Extensive expertise in the field of cybersecurity, specifically focused on OT security or industrial control systems (ICS) security. - ound understanding of software and hardware technologies commonly employed in ICS, such as operating systems, databases, and programming languages. Solid knowledge of cutting-edge security tools and techniques utilized in both OT and IT environments, including firewalls and Network Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) like Nozomi, Dragos, Tenable, etc. - Experience in designing and implementing security solutions. - Building new capabilities. Support the presales & marketing of Security services and offerings etc. - Experience with security threats and vulnerability research along with practicing security development lifecycle best practices including threat modeling; security code review, analysis and vulnerability assessment; reverse engineering skills; exploitation and mitigation technique development; Security testing techniques such as fuzzing and pen-testing. - Strong understanding of security protocols and standards. - Experience with security testing tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Industry X Security. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
