Position Summary:

  • Service on board retail Hand Held Devices (HHD’s) and related supplies and equipment on board each aircraft
  • Follow and adjust daily work assignment in response to changes in requirements.
  • Self-Manage and complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Complete work assignment for asset tracking, repairs follow up.
  • Update the Asset tracking system and document all issues according to protocol
  • Prepare equipment / supplies for next shift operation.
  • Coordinate service efforts with Gate Gourmet and Customers via phone, email, and/or in person
  • Assist with repairs processing, supplies ordering, device testing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Computer knowledge of the web based data applications, MS Word, Excel
  • Communicates effectively and professionally in English, both orally and written

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a related field
  • Has front line customer experience

Job Skills:

  • Current Drivers abstract.
  • Professional attitude & commitment.
  • Frequent heavy lifting.
  • Pass pre-employment road & written test.
  • Must be able to obtain Airport security clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain Airport vehicle operators permit.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, morning or afternoon shift rotation, includes weekends and holidays

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Must be able to pass a communication test

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:

  • Valid class “G” license.
  • Clean driver's abstract
  • DA/AVOP required
  • Purple RAIC required

Travel:

  • None  

Environmental Requirements:

  • Capable of working in ranging temperatures both inside and outside of the facility
