30Welcome visitors, provide information and direction
Monitor theatre door access and scan tickets for entry
Direct patrons to seats and provide assistance as required
Ensure the safety and comfort of patrons, addressing any needs proactively
Knowledgeable of Site Safety Plans and able to assist Duty Supervisor in an emergency situation
Monitor capacity during general admission performance/event, and allow access based on capacity
Check assigned section for cleanliness and pick up personal belongings that have been left behind
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities while dealing with interruptions
An enthusiasm for the arts
