WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
We’re looking for a Senior Professional to join our Integrated Media Marketplace team. You’ll be responsible for shaping Nike’s paid media strategy and driving awareness and conversions.

As the Senior Professional for Integrated Media - Marketplace, you’ll be part of the EMEA Marketing team. Your mission? To bring ideas to life by connecting creative storytelling with paid media. You’ll work closely with internal teams like Digital, Retail, Marketing Science, Finance, Brand and Creative. As well as Global teams. Plus, you’ll collaborate with external partners like media agencies, media platforms, creative partners, and technology vendors. The role reports into the Director of Integrated Media Marketplace, which is one of five teams within Integrated Media in EMEA.

Our team is responsible for evergreen Paid Media for the full marketplace. This means you will work on strategies and marketing plans for Digital, Stores and Retail Partners. In this role you will work with all types of Media Channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display/Video and Affiliates) and are responsible for the delivery of brand and business objectives.

You are a critical thinker who can work independently as well as work in a team to drive shared results. You must thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change, with a passion for delivering premium media experiences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Longterm years of experience delivering campaigns for multinational brands or at a media agency working on multinational brands.
  • Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets across various markets.
  • Experience managing media agencies, includes planning digital media channels (e.g., Social, Display, Search and Affiliates)
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing strategies and marketing dynamics.
  • Skilled at translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and adapting communication for diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to absorb feedback to improve the work. 
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape and emerging trends with a critical and innovative push.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the Senior Professional for Integrated Media Marketplace, you will shape Nike’s paid media strategy to align with brand and business objectives, driving awareness and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will lead our Stores media program. Collaborating with internal teams across store marketing and business as well as our external agencies and media partners.
  • You will be responsible for store media budget allocation and performance management to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • You will expand the stores media strategy that supports brand, and business goals and brings Nike to the center of sport and the edge of culture.
  • You will support the delivery of the biggest retail moments, ensuring alignment across the Digital and Retail businesses, Marketing and Brand Creative teams.
  • You will build strong relationships with the media agencies to ensure media excellence across channels for the full marketplace.
  • Represent the Integrated Media team in meetings with stakeholders, presenting business reviews, market insights and media strategies.
  • Stay informed about media trends by attending industry events and partner meetings and share findings internally to inspire creativity and support the evolution of the Evergreen program.
