Leidos is looking for a Senior Capture Analyst to join the Digital Modernization sector’s FedCiv IT Business Area. This role is ideal for professionals who are well-versed in the capture process and want to make an impact by supporting key aspects of capture strategy and proposal execution. As a Senior Capture Analyst, you will collaborate with Capture Managers to shape win strategies, develop proposals, and contribute to high-value efforts that drive success in federal contracting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and refinement of win strategies, focusing on competitive analysis, solution alignment, and capture readiness.
  • Contribute to proposal development, including writing and refining sections, developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Provide expert guidance on capture best practices, leveraging your knowledge to help shape high-quality, compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with capture teams to manage key aspects of the capture lifecycle, from gate reviews to proposal submission.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing insights on effective capture techniques and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience and 12+ years of overall experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in capture support, business development, or proposal development within federal contracting.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and proven expertise in win strategy, proposal development, and BOEs.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and proposal development tools.
  • Ability to contribute to strategic discussions and provide meaningful input into the capture and proposal process.
  • Proven track record of supporting successful captures, with an understanding of what it takes to win in competitive federal markets.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
