This position supports the North Carolina State Health Plan customer for tax reporting, bank reconciliation and unclaimed property state submission. Candidates preferred to be in close proximity to Highpoint or Cary North Carolina.


A Brief Overview
Banking support including but not limited to the following functions:
• 1099M research and adjustments
• Backup withholding reconciliation
• Puerto Rico Surcharge reconciliation
• Check and EFT daily and monthly reconciliations
• Escheat (unclaimed property) outstanding check maintenance
• Escheat review and approval of payee letters

• Coordinate annual Escheat state remits for plan approval and check/EFT submission

• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently

• Maintain strong collaborative relationship with customers and internal business partners to maintain a high performance culture
• Provide professional, prompt, and accurate service to all internal and external clients.

• Understand and initiate ideas for the development of technical policies and procedures of own unit in the performance of specific job functions

Required Qualifications
· 2-4 years work experience
· Attention to detail to provide high quality results
· Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications
· Banking, treasury, accounts payable, unclaimed property, tax reporting and/or finance experience
· Excel and Access proficiency
· Internal candidates: CRS, MIRI, EPDB, FSI, OneSource

Education
· Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
