Our Marketing Operations team is the backbone of Walmart's content and asset management, facilitating collaborations across various departments including Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Editorial. We aim to enhance vendor performance and streamline processes to drive efficiency and maintain high standards. This role is crucial in achieving our business goals and delivering value to our customers.
What You’ll Do
Manage all deliveries, launches, and maintenance of content and assets for WatchFree+.
Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, contracting, and performance assessment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely updates and ensure quality control.
Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting project timelines and quality.
Continuously improve process workflows and suggest solutions for bottlenecks.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and content operations.
Strong analytical skills to assess vendor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CMS and digital content management tools.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
