JR50314 Principal Recruiter (Semiconductor Hiring)

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Functional Roles and Responsibility 

  • Lead all recruiting efforts for Micron’s Technology Product Group ( TPG )

  • Forecast staffing needs and lead area budget to ensure adequate resources to complete the recruiting strategy. 

  • Collaborate with the global teams to deliver on global TA strategy and build locally relevant recruiting solutions that align with HR Mission and Vision. 

  • Provide consultation and act as a key enabler for the global recruiting community. 

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition partner to senior executives and leaders 

  • Settling staffing needs, developing hiring strategies, leading employment branding initiatives, sourcing candidates, conducting recruitment processes, and ensuring positive candidate experiences  

  • Govern Recruiting Programs and Policies 

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliances, and Code of Conduct 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, global HR and recruiting teams to develop, deploy and maintain global programs in Hyderabad.

  • Lead key interdependencies between systems and processes. 

  • Drive consistency and alignment of global programs regionally. 

  • Support and Drive Continuous Improvement :Deep knowledge of current trends for recruiting. Support and enable recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiencies recruiting solutions locally. Benchmark and assess performance levels as well as identify improvement actions from recruiting metrics. 

    Build Customer and Partner Relationships: Identify and collaborate with customers and partners both internal and external to effectively develop and deploy recruiting solutions. Collaborate with key partners to anticipate future hiring needs. Partner with various functions to ensure program compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. 

     Education/Requirements 

  • 12+yrs of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in leading teams

  • Current or Previous experience in a global technology firm, preferably in VLSI, storage, or memory

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills to build strategic partnership with senior and external partners. 

  • Champion a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encourage partnership and knowledge sharing. 

  • Strategic and critical capability to navigate business environment. 

  • Data driven capability – ability to use appropriate metrics that influence and drive decisions.

  • Good organization skills and execution excellency 

  • High Energy, passion, and enthusiasm to be part of growing site.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree above, Human Resource Management or related field of study.
