Job description:
Mission:
• Optimize market share and profit contribution in line with BP and MTP commitment for INSC’s
• Follow-up sales performance in your respective area’s
• Look for opportunities and assess risks
• Be the key contact between Nissan Automotive Europe and INSC country operations
• Building a strong relationships with the importers to support their business

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build a yearly business plan with the markets
  • Challenge and follow-up Sales Performance by regular visits
  • Review Sales plan and provide monthly/ yearly rolling forecast
  • Build Monthly Sales Report and submit weekly forecast
  • Provide input for financial monthly reforecast
  • Monitor and maximize profit through model & e/i mix optimization and TP control
  • Secure coordination with all relevant functions to deploy plans and follow-up activity
  • Report main market news and provide key drivers for plans constructions
  • Report risks and identify opportunities followed by action plans to secure objectives
  • Implement commercial policy and campaigns
  • Coaches Distributors for sales plan
  • Provide inputs for BP / MTP

Background and Experience:

  • Min 6 to 8 years of experience
  • Relevant experience in product & pricing management
  • Regional Business Unit or NAE experience (Sales / Marketing)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel) and internet tools
  • Leadership and pro-active mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Business mindset (customer & profit focus)
  • Excellent relationship skills
  • English mandatory (French is a plus)
