Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

The SVP, Commercial Payment Solutions is an exciting leadership opportunity to lead a strategic organization focused on the Commercial Real Estate end-market. This role will be charged with driving significant revenue growth through white space through our current solutions and building out adjacent solutions in this strategic end-market for CoreLogic. This role will lead a focused Commercial team that can deliver a full suite of solution offerings to the Commercial Real Estate and Title industry. The SVP, Commercial Payment Solutions is a key executive role responsible for directly leading the strategic and operational direction of the sales, product marketing, client success, product management, and solution engineering teams, partnering closely with technology leadership This role will have ownership and development of a full go-to-market capability including a focus on new logo acquisition, retention, adoption and growth. This role is critical in driving the company's commercial payments strategy, aligning with enterprise goals, and responding to market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust commercial payments strategy that integrates product innovation, market analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and agility, enabling teams to adapt quickly to market changes and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings are of the highest quality and efficiency.
  • Drive revenue growth through new market opportunities and optimization of the product portfolio.
  • Guarantee client success through strategic leadership and oversight of client engagement and retention strategies.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring products meet market needs and surpass customer expectations.
  • Promote a high-performance culture, setting clear objectives and expectations, and providing consistent feedback and development opportunities for team members.
  • Define and execute a strategic product roadmap driving innovation, adoption, and growth.
  • Responsible for achieving double-digit year-over-year revenue growth by driving product innovation and developing and managing client relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Provide strong and inspirational leadership, creating an energizing culture and environment for team members to contribute to the team’s results and develop themselves.
  • Define strategy and create plans supported by tactical execution that enhance revenue opportunities and deepen the relationship within the assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Proactively research and maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to fully identify client needs.
  • Lead the sales, product marketing, client success, product management, and solution        engineering teams to achieve and exceed business targets.

Key Relationships:

  • Reports directly to the President of Mortgage Solutions.
  • Direct reports include leaders of Sales, Product Marketing, Client Success, Product Management, and Solution Engineering.
  • Other key relationships may include the Executive Committee, Mortgage Senior Leadership Team, Technology, and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations preferred or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 12+ years within the Commercial Real Estate industry preferred.
  • 10+ years within Fintech or Proptech with experience leading a payments organization.
  • Experience owning and leading $100M+ P&L with double-digit year-over-year growth preferred.
  • Experience leading SAAS product lines that provide mission-critical data, analytics, and workflow solutions in the prop tech space.
  • Direct experience leading strategy, product management, sales, and client success (account management). Experience indirectly leading matrix partners such as marketing and technology.
  • Experience leading and inspiring large high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and group communication skills. Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Strong communication skills and leadership "presence" to drive integration across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to make good judgment when faced with trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated success of establishing, managing, and maintaining effective working relationships at the senior executive level, internal and external to the organization.
  • Experience with project development methodology (i.e., Agile, Waterfall, Extreme). Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

*Please note range listed is for base salary only, compensation package also includes bonus and equity components.

Annual Pay Range:

244,200 - 325,000 USD
