Job Overview

 

The HR Business Partner is an individual contributor role pivotal in aligning People Operations strategies with business objectives, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of engagement and development. This role supports a variety of business functions, ensuring tailored People Operations solutions that meet the needs of operational and client-facing teams. As a trusted advisor, the HR Business Partner helps drive organizational success by managing, engaging, and developing the workforce effectively while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic Partnership

• Develop and execute POP strategies that align with business goals in dedicated business areas.
• Support leaders with expertise in change management, performance and talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and budgeting processes.

 

Programs and Initiatives

• Design and deliver POP programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of your business areas.
• Provide a business-focused perspective to ensure POP initiatives align with organizational goals.

 

Employee Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees on employee relations matters.
• Resolve complex conflict situations and employee grievances with professionalism and care.

 

Process Optimization

• Continuously improve POP processes using data-driven insights, industry trends, and best practices.
• Propose innovative approaches to streamline and enhance efficiency.

 

Compliance and Policy Adherence

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide guidance on POP compliance matters to ensure alignment across the organization.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Build strong partnerships with leaders, employees, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored POP solutions.
• Collaborate with POP colleagues to ensure consistency, high quality, and alignment in all deliverables.

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR (HRBP) role covering multiple points of the employee lifecycle.
• Expertise in areas such as change management, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Proven experience supporting international teams and strong rapport building skills across a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong business acumen, project management and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Workday is a plus, or other Human Resource Information System.
