Summary: As an Application Lead, you will engage in the implementation of modernized financial systems using advanced SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) expertise. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing solutions, leading a team of developers, conducting system testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless data integration with various IT components. You will also focus on advanced proficiency in SAP Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation, contributing to the overall success of the financial systems project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) functionalities. - Experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues. - Familiarity with data migration processes and tools. OTC - S/4 HANA ( Leading Practices) to write user stories, requirement gathering , prework, process flows . Test cases, Test plan, Functional testing, UAT, Workshop & Demos, handle the requirements Vistex experience, VMS experience preferred. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
