We are looking for a strong Sr. Manager, Data Insights & Business Intelligence

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and own the data analysis & insights team, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.

  • Identify measuring points and key data sets that enable you to analyze trends and deliver actionable insights to Omniverse Teams.

  • Collaborating with the Omniverse Leadership team, you will define and influence success metrics for the overall business and create opportunity analysis to influence the strategic direction of the group.

  • Own and build dashboards and regular insights reporting

  • You will be a key contact for teams such as Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Sales to ensure data is available to build, sell and market our products, understanding their requirements and fulfill them.

  • Supervising and evaluating product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to advise business decisions, strategic planning and provide recommendations to the Senior Leadership team.

What We Need To See:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ overall years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field

  • Highly proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and performance metrics, able to connect the dots and provide actionable insights. Deep experience in Tableau or Power BI is a must, including the ability and strive to do hands-on work.

  • Understanding of efficient use of data lake infrastructures

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analysis, and multivariate testing and applying this in an environment of live services, subscription & cloud business models.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their data services.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in insights, business operations, finance or a similar role in a related field and excellent critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a record of breaking down complex data sets for non-expert consumption.

  • Experience in a diverse set of industries such as Finance, Entertainment and Technology

  • Experience working with a live service subscription/micro-transaction/SaaS/PaaS products

  • Proven success in driving critical initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Consistent record of developing and implementing successful data-driven business strategies.

  • Knowledge of LLM’s and understanding of potential applications towards data analysis and insight generation

The base salary range is 248,000 USD - 414,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
