Accountabilities

Provide governance and reporting support for the Enterprise Data and Tech Governance (ETDG) Process for ATMOS.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for the following in support of Shared Services:

–Supporting the ETDG Governance Process

–Assist in remaining compliant on project implementation, close out, and modification

–Assist in Funding Agenda Preparation

–Assist in Tracking and trend analysis

–Assist in DocuSign submission and tracking

• Support the Anaplan tool related to Portfolio Governance
• Assist in automation activities within Strategy and Performance
• Adhoc analytics related to Governance

Competencies

• Strong oral and presentation skills; with an ability to negotiate, influence and persuade
• Ability to prioritize in order make decisions for day-to-day operations.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

OR

Associate’s degree and 4 years of business performance experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 6 years of business performance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication skills

Analytical thinker

Strong in Excel

Preferred Experience in Service Now, Ariba, SAP, Tableau

Can work with leaders and teams with technical backgrounds

Self-motivated and detail oriented

Ability to handle ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements

Is an enthusiastic team player and self-starter with a serious commitment to hard work and excellence

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
