Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Collaborate on a world-wide scale in gathering and evaluating customers’ requirements and specifications.
• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot and support EA software systems including SAP integration and web development.
• Deliver large scale, high-value projects by leveraging an established delivery methodology.
• Be Subject Matter Expert (SME) on certain topic to provide consultant and guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches.
• Work within cross-functional teams (PMO/ SCRUM / Operation teams) to drive successful deployments.
• Leverage metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement 
• Partner with leadership to understand capability needs and to improve the overall efficiency of the teams
