Il Medical Scientific Liaison è responsabile di assicurare l’expertise medico–scientifico ed essere il punto di riferimento del Medical Affairs GSK nel territorio assegnato nei confronti della Rete di Informazione Scientifica e degli Stakeholders esterni (es. HCPs, EEs, Payers, Società Scientifiche, PAGs,), garantendo un alto livello di conoscenza e competenza sui prodotti assegnati, sulle patologie di area terapeutica e sull’ambiente sanitario esterno (istituzioni, competitors).
E’ anche membro del Meeting Regionale Crossfunzionale.
Key Stakeholders (Internal and External):
Operatori Sanitari / EEs / Società Scientifiche / PAGs /; Direzione Medica e Scientifica; Marketing; Market Access&Pricing; Government Affairs&Communications; Rete di Informazione Scientifica.
In this role You will:
Fornire supporto (Medical Advisory) agli Stakeholders interni (di area Medica, di area Commerciale, di area Marketing) sia con finalità medico-scientifica che promozionale per assicurare lo sviluppo delle conoscenze di prodotto/area terapeutica, l’uso razionale, sicuro ed appropriato dei farmaci/vaccini e la loro promozione.
Sviluppare operativamente tutte le interazioni ed iniziative con gli Stakeholders esterni assegnati, con finalità medico-scientifica (Scientific Engagement), mediante:
incontri di raccolta di insights dagli External Experts del territorio assegnato,
incontri per aggiornamenti medico-scientifici su tematiche coperte da Document of Interest (DOI)
incontri scientifici per alerting sulla safety dei prodotti o per migliorare l’appropriatezza dell’uso dei prodotti GSK,
incontri reattivi e/o allestimento di risposte su specifiche domande o richieste di approfondimento ricevute dagli Operatori Sanitari.
Collaborare con la funzione di Market Access&Pricing al processo di accesso finalizzato all’inserimento e alla commercializzazione dei prodotti GSK nel Sistema Sanitario Regionale.
Collaborare con la struttura di Clinical Operations nell’identificazione dei Centri/Investigatori per studi clinici sponsorizzati, implementando il modello di Clinical-Medical partnership e nel favorire la ricerca collaborativa facilitando la sottomissione di “investigator sponsored study” (ISS)..
In collaborazione con gli altri ruoli di Medical Affairs, contribuire alla realizzazione del Medical Plan annuale ed alla pianificazione e realizzazione del piano medico regionale. Inoltre, in collaborazione con gli altri ruoli di Medical Affairs, è responsabile dell’identificazione degli External Experts, con i quali pianificare attività di external engagement.
E’ responsabile di collaborare con Pharmacovigilance nella gestione delle segnalazioni di eventi indesiderati a livello regionale, incontrando ove richiesto gli Operatori Sanitari che hanno segnalato gli eventi indesiderati associati ai prodotti GSK al fine di collaborare al loro approfondimento.

Laurea in discipline scientifiche
Residenza in una delle regioni di competenza
Conoscenza dell’area terapeutica di riferimento
Conoscenza della lingua inglese (fluente)
Capacità di lavorare in team cross funzionali
Preferred qualifications:
Laurea in Medicina
Esperienza pregressa come MSL e/o in altri ruoli all’interno della Direzione Medica& Scientifica
