Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Benefits Technology Roadmap: Develop and own plan for new or changed benefits ensuring that a roadmap is maintained and aligned to other key stakeholders in People Operations and Corporate IT.
Technology Lead: The Benefits System Analyst is the key technology interface to Arch’s third-party benefits and technology providers ensuring their roadmaps and changes are understood and aligned with Arch timelines and resources.
Data Analytics: Work with the global benefits team to capture requirements for data analytics to support engagement with current benefit programs and identify gaps and overlaps.
Integrations: Work with People Operations and Arch’s third party providers to design and maintain inbound and outbound Workday benefit integrations.
Communication Support: Work with the Benefit Communications Analyst to support the communications strategy plan through the use of Arch’s technology platforms and data analysis.
Open Enrollment: Support the annual open enrolment processes in the USA and UK, by leading on all integration and system testing and owning the benefits technology project plans.
Efficiency: Understand current benefit administration processes and identify opportunities for automation or simplification through the use of technology. Utilize internal tools to improve issue tracking and analysis, project and program management and collaboration across the global benefits team.
Recognition Program: Manage technology interface for Arch’s global recognition and service award programs. Provide reporting and analytics for the programs to Segment leads and to the global coordinators.
Trends: Maintain a network of external contacts, both personal and professional, to ensure Arch is aware of key benefit technology trends.
Role Requirements & Skills
Skills / Competencies
Working knowledge of Workday integrations including EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Studio is a plus
Project and vendor management experience include use of Smartsheet or other project management tools (i.e. MS Excel, Jira, etc.)
Creation and management of technology roadmaps
High levels of integrity, confidentiality, diplomacy and resilience
Ability to develop advanced data analytics including data gathering from multiple sources
Ability to develop and maintain documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and test plans
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Qualifications
Workday Certification a plus
Experience
Successful integration requirements gathering, testing and deployment.
USA and UK employee benefits programs including benefits platforms for employee elections
Designing and managing a technology roadmap
Successful experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment across time zones
For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above range may be modified in the future
