Product Backlog Management:
- Understand requirements and creates precise user stories.
- Creates and maintains a well-structured product backlog.
- Refines and prioritizes backlog items to ensure alignment with the product vision.
Prioritization:
- Prioritizes product features and backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Ensures that the product backlog is well-defined, groomed, and prioritized.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engages with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Manages stakeholder expectations and communicates product progress effectively.
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience of Financial Services
- Experience of account to account Payments
- Knowledge of product management tools and techniques.
- Experience with user research and customer feedback analysis.
Scrum Team Collaboration:
- Works closely with the development team to ensure that the product backlog is understood and executed effectively.
- Attends and participates in Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Value Delivery:
- Ensures that the product delivers value to customers and meets business objectives.
- Measures and tracks product performance to identify areas for improvement. Required Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience in Financial Services industry or domain.
- Technical knowledge of software development processes and tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
