HubSpot's Business Acceleration & Transformation (BAT) team seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for our GTM 3rd Party Systems team. You'll design and build integrations across our GTM technology ecosystem, enabling thousands of Sales and Customer Success employees globally to work efficiently within a unified tech stack.
The GTM 3rd Party Systems team centralizes vendor strategy across Sales and Customer Success, managing a portfolio of enterprise systems that power our global go-to-market organization. As our GTM Integration Lead, you'll solve complex, highly technical integration challenges, connecting HubSpot CRM to critical third-party systems and building integrations from scratch between non-CRM systems.
This role requires someone who can independently scope ambiguous technical problems to inform build vs. buy recommendations, leverage integration experience to identify risks proactively, support junior team members with technical guidance, and execute hands-on development work using integration platforms like Workato and custom code.
Independently Scope Complex Integration Challenges: Break down ambiguous problems into actionable technical requirements. Analyze system capabilities, map data flows, identify dependencies, evaluate build vs. buy tradeoffs, and deliver clear recommendations that inform strategic investment decisions.
Design and Build Integration Solutions: Develop and execute technical solutions for complex integrations using iPaaS platforms, APIs, webhooks, and custom code. Connect HubSpot CRM to third-party systems and create integrations between non-CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and seamless user experiences.
Proactively Identify Technical Risks: Leverage integration experience to surface potential issues before they impact operations. Conduct technical due diligence on vendor capabilities, assess data model compatibility, identify security and compliance considerations, and create mitigation strategies.
Support Junior Team Members: Share integration expertise with junior BSAs and contractors through documentation and hands-on guidance. Serve as a technical resource for integration questions.
Ensure Integration Reliability: Establish monitoring for critical data flows, resolve integration failures and data quality issues, and continuously optimize performance.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams, as well as GTM leadership to align integration solutions with business objectives and translate technical complexity into clear business language.
