What You Will Do:

Our Business Process Analytics consultants assist the clients in improving their current business process workflow and framework from an outdated, manual process, to an advanced automated business process. Achieving this transformation requires not only a robust system, but also new ways of doing business processing, creating new forms of governance, and providing a sustainable long-term solution.

The team provides valuable business insights, analyzes, and business management solutions to assist the client in automating and streamlining their current business process. They also serve as a liaison between the stakeholders and the engineering team. The team’s objective is to explore, research, analyze, and evaluate technical initiatives and requirements to improve and enhance the client’s current business process through the development of a new robust system.

The core responsibilities of the team are to:

  • Follows the Agile practices and principles
  • Gather and define requirements
  • Create workflow diagrams
  • Write user stories of business need and User guides of business program functions

What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelors Degree; FOUR (4) years' in the national security space and/or personnel security domain may be used in lieu of degree requirement
  • THREE (3)+ years of experience in the national security space and/or personnel security domain


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • 1 to 3 years of Security Clearance Workflow Processing
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Analyze and identify improvements of large and complex business processing workflows
  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, engineers, and counterparts in process improvements and system solution delivery
  • Experience is writing reports, Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), and Customer Requirements Documents (CRD).
  • Experience in Sprint planning and Agile principles
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Metric analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in report writing and documenting client requirements
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio and work with little oversight  
  • Ability to prioritize, track, and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
