JR65553 Production Manager

  • Overseeing the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
  • The role also involves managing and motivating a team of workers, reviewing worker performance, and identifying training needs.
  • Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed, ensuring that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
  • Liaise with different departments, such as procurement, to ensure that production process is not hindered by supply issues.
  • Supervises the activities of a large group in a manufacturing area. Typically responsible for multiple production operations within or across shifts.
  • Plans and coordinates daily operations to meet production schedules, product standards, and operational costs.
  • Prepares production, personnel, and financial reports to achieve production goals.
  • Establishes operating policies and procedures to achieve production schedules, product standards, and operational costs.
  • Responsible for coordination of multiple manufacturing functions within a facility. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Qualification:

  • At least 5 years' experience managing a sizeable team overseeing complex manufacturing processes.
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Management or Equivalent
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to work under challenging environment
