We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Project Engineer to join our Old Spice business at our Aleksandrow Plant Engineering team. The Role:

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will take on a leadership role and drive innovative initiatives to optimize our current line processes. This is your chance to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of our business.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

•      Leadership & Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to best practices in project management, stewardship, and capital management SOPs.

•      Strategic Planning: Define and uphold project objectives and scope, develop comprehensive project plans and schedules that align with business goals. • Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution and streamlined workflows.

•      Vendor Coordination: Oversee and coordinate activities with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality results.

•      Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable practices into all phases of project planning and execution.

•      Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with 3-10 years of experience in engineering and a strong passion for innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving. This role will allow you to further develop your project management and leadership skills, while also providing opportunities for personal and professional growth. Preferred candidates will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess the following qualifications:
