We are searching for a Yield Analysis (YA) Engineer in Boise. We are looking for someone that is passionate to innovate in data analytics, and curious to ask "what, how and why"? In this role you will be responsible for providing analysis result, key feedback, as well as automation and analytics solution for yield improvement activity!

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Analyze electrical, parametric and fab data to identify design, process, and test issues
  • Correlate electrical fail to inline fab or parametric data
  • Recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process anomalies with the motivation of "who needs to know this now!"
  • Actively developing new automation tools and enhancing existing tools to improve analysis efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other YA teams to develop new techniques and identify creative and innovative ways to use existing analysis tools in order to identify relevant process issues
  • Develop innovative analytics solutions to current issue using Machine Learning

Successful candidates for this position will have:

  • Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient data analysis, and statistical techniques skills.
  • Good understanding of semiconductor processing
  • Demonstrate understanding in CMOS operation
  • Ability to communicate analysis in a succinct and actionable manner
  • Ability to be detailed oriented and follow complex procedures
  • Programming skills, including JavaScript, Python, R, or SQL
  • Ability to work effectively with other department to propel program strategy and initiatives
  • The ability to continuously learn and self-improve

Education:

Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
