As the Analytics Enablement & Engagement Lead, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a strong data culture across our organization, acting as both a community leader and a driver of data literacy and analytics adoption. This is a US remote-based role. The ideal candidate would be located in east coast time zone or be able to support east coast time zone.

Responsibilities 

Data Evangelism and Community Building: 

  • Advocate for McKesson’s data solutions across internal and external audiences, fostering data-driven decision-making within the organization. 
  • Deliver engaging presentations, webinars, and workshops to promote our data capabilities and encourage adoption across diverse teams. 
  • Represent McKesson’s data and analytics initiatives at internal events and internal forums. 

Content Creation and Technical Curriculum Communications: 

  • Orchestrate clear, compelling technical content, including curriculums, whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and training materials, highlighting McKesson’s data capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and promote the technical strengths of McKesson’s data offerings. 
  • Use internal social media and internal platforms to share insights, educate teams, and drive engagement within the community. 

Internal Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: 

  • Partner with product, data, and marketing teams to ensure accurate, consistent communication about McKesson’s data services. 
  • Orchestrate training sessions to internal teams to ensure alignment with McKesson’s data strategy. 
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating clear and effective communication. 

Community Engagement and Relationship Building: 

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, driving collaboration between technical teams and business users. 
  • Organize and participate in community events, roadshows, and training workshops to increase awareness and usage of McKesson’s self-service data products. 
  • Gather feedback from community and various stakeholders leading to the improvement of internal data tools and offerings. 

 

Critical Experience  

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in community building, technical writing, or gamifying content creation. 

  • Familiarity with data analytics concepts and platforms such as Power BI or similar tools. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences. 

  • Public speaking experience and a passion for sharing knowledge and driving community engagement. 

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, data analytics platforms, or business intelligence tools. 

  • Knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing tools. 

  • Experience in organizing community events, workshops, or hackathons. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. 

 

Ability to travel for internal events and internal meetings (once every couple of months)

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$71,500 - $119,100
