What We Do
Responsible for strategically identifying and gaining national agent relationships to expand share in key markets. This role is charged with expanding our agent footprint and developing a quality client base in our title insurance and underwriting segment. This role requires a strong background within the industry and is adept at solving customer needs with a consultative sales approach by leveraging our full suite of offerings and client solutions. Excels at net-new business development and discovering, engaging, and presenting to high-level decision makers.

What You'll Bring:
- Proven capabilities in growing relationships at the senior executive and C-Suite level for a national client base.
- 10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience with underwriting organizations on a national level in key growth markets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities, close new business and gain share in across markets.
- Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility; presenting varying ideas to create value and challenge the status quo; and able to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approach in front of clients and other key influencers.
- Consistently achieves and exceeds growth targets and goals, targeting activity in alignment with the company’s strategic plans.
- Applies a consultative sales approach, builds relationships that leads to new business, and expands wallet-share with existing client base.
- Monitor market trends, information and technology, demonstrates a deep understanding our industry and provides superior solutions for our customers.
- Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients.
- Identifies client specific needs and develops, presents and implements a plan to meet those needs.
- Is highly visible and recognized in the industry by staying active in associations, industry functions and partnership networking events.
- Effectively creates, adapts and delivers group and individual presentations to target audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires a valid driver’s license.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Must have a proven track record of establishing new business, with a proven sales record at the senior levels in the title insurance industry.
- Willingness to travel.
Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD Annually. This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals.
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
