Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project execution. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs deep-dive incident analysis and timely response to the client. 2. Expert level experience to verify and troubleshoot the issues related to Fortinet firewalls 3. Install, configuration & troubleshooting of Fortinet firewalls 4. Preparing baseline configuration documents. 5. Creation of process documentation (SOPs)) and Runbooks. 6. Report creation & validation 7. RCA preparation for the high priority incidents 8. Should have good communication skills to interact with customer . Technical Experience: 1. Sound knowledge of Fortinet firewalls 2. Installation, configuration of Fortinet firewalls 3. Preparing baseline configuration documents 4. Reporting and Client interactions. Professional Attributes: 1:Good verbal communication skills to connect with customers . 2:Ability to operate independently and make decisions 3.Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts. 4.The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Fortinet FortiGate Firewall Additional Information : Good to have certifications such as FCS & FCP in Network Security etc.
