This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Maintain a complete set of management controls (metrics) and recommend improvements to the definition of performance standards and results measurement and (ii) Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and recommend and coordinate needed actions to maintain them within required limits. Education requirements include: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent education and work experience; Lean Yellow belt certification; Experience requirements include: 3 years experience in a fast-paced distribution/manufacturing environment; distribution experience preferred; 2 years experience in developing and implementing business processes, conducting compliance audits and working with participants to plan and implement corrective actions, as well as developing reports and data extraction. 

Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a complete set of management controls (metrics) and recommend improvements to the definition of performance standards and results measurement
  • Ensure the right data is available to different supply chain teams through data cleansing, validation, analysis and reporting
  • Create automated and interactive dashboards across supply chain to enable data driven decision making
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and recommend and coordinate needed actions to maintain them within required limits
  • Lead the retention and accessibility of data related to business processes
  • Provide data and support for compliance audits for all Distribution facilities
  • Develop reports and metrics using applicable systems to support logistics operations
  • Maintain work instructions ensuring they are up-to-date and make recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Provide support for research and analytical studies and facilitate distribution management team visibility of performance and opportunities
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Supply Chain Analyst Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent education and work experience
  • 3 years experience in a fast-paced supply chain/distribution/manufacturing environment
  • 2 years experience in data extraction, data analysis & ETL tools, and implementing reports & dashboards using Power BI / Tableau etc.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced MS-Office skills, including database design, reports, graphing and numerical analysis, macros, presentations and flowcharting; Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; Planning, analytical, project management and reporting skills
  • APICS, CSCMP, CLTD Certification, Experience with Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications or SQL; SAP, Manhattan WM (PKMS) or similar ERP system experience, Advanced report writing and relational database skills
