In this role you can expect to:

  • Facilitate the triage of Critical Customer Escalations within the Feature Request process to drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the Product Lifecycle (PLC) responsibilities within Technical Interlock and SME, working closely with R&D to streamline processes, foster accountability, and drive impact analysis and delivery of technical assets across Value Engineering functions.
  • Build and manage additional Interlock programs and projects, including but not limited to product and telemetry improvements, quarterly feedback loops and win/loss reporting and trend analysis, and other programs and projects as prioritized.
  • Create and manage Plans of Record (PORs) and program plans, defining scope, identifying dependencies, managing risks, and tracking milestones across multiple programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, PMM, TPMM, etc.) to ensure roadmaps and strategies reflect technical challenges and customer journey insights from the field.
  • Own project documentation and systems, tracking project status, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and providing transparent reporting on program health and progress.
  • Lead Technical Interlock initiatives by identifying cross-team dependencies, driving alignment, and ensuring cohesive execution of strategic initiatives across Value Engineering and WWTFO.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes that enhance program delivery, increase efficiency, and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide leadership with regular reporting on program metrics, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.

You may be a good fit for our team if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in an R&D or field solutions program management role driving projects through full product life cycle
  • Experience using Jira Software for program planning and delivery, and experience administering Jira and standing up and refining new projects and workflows
  • Experience using Vivun
  • Experience leveraging data to drive critical analysis and insights
  • Experience with Agile and Hybrid methodologies and working across distributed and remote teams
  • Familiarity with HashiCorp products and Go To Market
  • Proven ability to creatively solve complicated problems
  • Fluency in the English language. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, understanding of the needs of all stakeholders, and a track record of delivering projects
  • Experience in a rapidly growing organization, working cross-functionally with teams delivering enterprise software or field solutions
  • Strong bias for action and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity
  • A growth mindset and curious nature, with excellent problem solving skills
