Position Summary...

This role will be responsible for influencing and accelerating digital enablement initiatives within Consumables and for driving organizational success by developing and implementing strategic key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business goals and foster cross-functional collaboration. Core responsibilities will be driving discovery, planning, and execution oversight of projects related to: eCom JBP strategic suppliers, Subscribe and Save, eCom acceleration Consumables SteerCo, liaising with Marketplace team, Item Health, knowledge transfer to Consumables team via Digital Forum and suppliers via ad hoc webinars. Supports change management with adoption of Luminate and EDLP.

What you'll do...

1.Discovery, Planning, and Execution: Lead the discovery, planning, and execution of high-value initiatives and technologies for the organization. End to end ownership of business case development, capital trade-off decisions, implementation planning, collaborating with cross functional groups for successful implementation. Research and review best practices across markets to drive decision making
2.KPI Development and Organizational Alignment: Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Evaluate program performance by comparing projections to actual results; identifying and analyzing key performance indicators and trend data; conducting return-on-investment analyses; reviewing customer response and feedback from key stakeholders; identifying and addressing cross-functional program and project issues; collaborating with teams across the company to leverage processes in order to increase service and product capabilities; and recommending adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables.
3.Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of digital enablement projects.
4.Risk Management and Mitigation: Proactively identify and offset potential risks that may impact workflow execution and business outcomes.
5.Internal Associate and External Supplier Training: Provide training and support to internal associates and external suppliers on digital enablement initiatives
6.Technology Integration: Leverage technological solutions to automate and streamline workflow processes,
7.Vertical and Horizontal Influence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence and drive digital acceleration strategies.
8.Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness. increasing productivity and reducing manual effort across a user base

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education and minimum 3 years of experience in Business, Digital, Program Management, Communication, Finance, or Strategy

  • 1-2 years of People Leadership experience

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Program Management expertise
