We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join the Product team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Support our Product team by managing key processes, enabling clear and structured roadmap reviews, and enhancing cross-functional alignment.
Bring expertise in process design, a familiarity with coding, and deep knowledge of project and process management tools.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Comms and Marketing teams to drive operational excellence.
Own and streamline product tooling to enable seamless collaboration.
Identify and implement new tools where appropriate, driving adoption and best practices within the team.
Run the product team’s roadmap and related processes.
Ensure close coordination with XFN teams that rely on Roadmap for release planning and GTM.
Coordinate with Product and Design leaders to ensure our Roadmap Reviews are facilitating alignment, and calibrating our priorities.
Design and refine processes that enhance cross-team collaboration and alignment, including primarily via our Roadmap Review process.
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions for greater efficiency.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication of product plans, updates, and changes across the organization, ensuring all teams have visibility into the product development process. This will be done through emails and large meetings.
Support data-informed decisions by setting up processes to gather, analyze, and share insights that guide product strategy.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing efficient, scalable processes with a strategic mindset to solve complex challenges. Passion for continuous process improvement and innovation.
Strong experience with project tracking and process management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira, Coda).
Skilled in data analysis and process evaluation.
Proven ability to work effectively with various teams
A foundational understanding of coding, though no hands-on coding is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
4+ years in product operations, or a consulting role focused on operational efficiency, process optimization, or strategy within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $94,000-$141,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
