HelloFresh is seeking a talented and collaborative Senior Copywriter to join our Performance Innovation Team and work closely with the Senior Art Director to develop and execute paid social assets. In this role, you will also work closely with our videographer, and editor to bring your creative concepts to life. Your primary focus will be crafting scripts and copy for creative that will live on various paid digital channels to engage our target audience and drive growth. Collaboration with the growth team counterparts will be essential to ensure our creatives align with the company's overall objectives.
You will…
- Collaborate with the Senior Art Director to develop engaging, informative, and high-performing content that supports business strategies for paid social channels
- Deliver copy that embodies each brand’s unique voice so they feel distinct and reflect our brand positioning
- Write persuasive, engaging, and impactful copy for video scripts, on screen supers, headlines, and other digital assets
- Review metrics monthly to analyze copy effectiveness and apply data to copy strategy in order to maximize performance
- Present your work and ideas with both enthusiasm and clarity
- Work closely with a videographer and editor, providing feedback both on set and in post-production
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production, design, and social media marketing to bring innovative ideas to the table
- Work closely with the growth team counterparts to understand campaign goals, target audience, and performance metrics, and ensure the video content aligns with these objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality

You have…
- A BA in Creative Writing, Journalism, or Marketing/Communications
- 5+ years of professional creative writing experience in Marketing, preferably within a DTC or CPG brand
- Must provide a link to portfolio demonstrating smart copywriting on your resume or provide PDF samples
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in writing persuasive and engaging copy for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising formats.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate ideas
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Fluent in AP style
- Ability to work on-site 3-4 days a week
