As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will partner with design, engineering and product to help manage and lead the delivery of amazing and emotional end-to-end experiences that will delight our users for Home, News and Entertainment while driving the most value/yield for the business. In this role you will:

  • Lead the program management of several complex, matrix, programs that are on time, on budget and with value.  

  • Serve as the “air traffic controller” guiding large cross-functional programs and objectives to deliver against aggressive timelines, partnering agile Squad product, engineering and design leads to ensure successful delivery against our objectives.

  • Prepare and manage project plans, documentation, risk mitigation, and resource management for cross-team initiatives and large projects/programs.

  • Act as the liaison between cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end development of products to market.

  • Act as key connectors to other parts of the organization, increasing transparency and

  • alignment, and identifying cross-unit issues and opportunities to improve business

  • outcomes.

  • Ensure best-in-class practice of execution across the product development lifecycle, 

  • Be a technical thought-leader, constantly improving how we work.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of industry experience implementing and delivering initiatives as a technical

  • program manager, project manager, or similar.

  • Prior success in complex, large-scale, multi-team environments in support of business goals.

  • Deep knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and/or Scaled Agile methodologies. SCRUM Master certificate and/or SAFe RTE certification a plus.

  • High proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Project Plans, Gantt, Roadmapping, etc. 

  • Ability to communicate effectively to executive stakeholders and leadership.

  • Proficiency and a strong understanding of SDLC.

  • Consumer technology environments are a plus.

  • Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving

  • collaboration across multiple product and platform teams.

  • A proactive, efficient, and resourceful approach and ability to thrive in a creative and deadline-driven environment

  • Creative thinking - Looking outside of “the box” to problem-solving. 

  • Remote position. Willing to accommodate moderate travel between Los Angeles, Northern California, and New York offices.

The compensation for this position ranges from $136,125.00 - $283,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
