Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Must have Skills : Microsoft 365;O365 Good to Have Skills : Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging, Microsoft Exchange Online Key Responsibilities : 1. Administer and manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other O365 applications. Configure and maintain O365 security settings and compliance policies. 2. Work as an SME and help the team on technical issues 3. Regular Interaction with client and provide summary/report of issues and achievements 4. Ensure zero surprise escalations from client The Lead needs to ensure local management is aware of any potential escalations 5. Assist in Tier 2/3 support activities for production operations of office 365 6. Lead technical projects through design, build, test and deploy phases 7. Ensure that any scheduled downtime on production server is logged prior to the downtime Technical Experience : 1Should have 6 to 8 years in managing large Exchange Online and Azure Active Directory environment 2Must needed Tools: Office 365 and Azure AD 3Work with third-party vendors / professional services and in-house developers as necessary 4Well versed with security aspects and maintain system security as per industry standards 5.Monitor and manage O365 service health and performance. 6.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for O365-related issues. 7.Assist with the migration of on-premises systems and data to Office 365. 8.Develop and maintain documentation for O365 configurations, procedures, and policies. Professional Attributes : 1Should have experience in team management2Review and recommend improvements within existing technical environment3Strong ITIL Process knowledge4Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills5Work in shifts 24x7 and out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays Educational Qualification: Higher Level Qualification in a technical subject is desirable Additional Info : Exchange Online, Exchange On-Prem, O365 are required skills ITIL V3 Certified MD 900;102 Certified.
