What are we looking for? The Technology Business Operations Specialist have a mix of skills: Data analysis, strong collaboration skills to achieve the strategy and the ability to handle dynamic priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Excellent communication, organization, confidence, and poise to interact with different people.
• Assist the practice leader so they can stay focused on 1) making the strategic decisions needed to guide the practice and 2) spending time with our people.
• Share knowledge and best practices.
• Provide support to governance, to ensure execution of the strategy and progress towards plan.
• Work with the decision support team for data analysis, coding, reporting and research.
• Provide support to resolve ad hoc issues that arise.
• Assist in the coordination of several initiatives.
• Be key shaper and driver to ensure all business results and projections are appropriately communicated to and interpreted by Leadership, and act as a trusted advisor to help them take the proper decisions to run their businesses. Full understanding of the business from sales and pipeline perspective, finance perspective, chargeability, etc.
• Peer to peer interaction with key areas (governance, Finance, HR, Capability, Sales & Pricing Performance, etc) for business run, understanding key functions of the business to integrate all those areas. Drive strategy, key policy controls, process metrics and integration with other functional teams. Drives collaboration across a team including sales and business operations, finance, HR teams (weekly or daily basis).
