As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for a People Operations Lead to ensure a seamless employee experience across multiple regions. This role will be pivotal in shaping our employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, benefits, and administrative HR operations globally.

🟣 Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management:

•Own and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, onboarding, career progression, offboarding, and everything in between.
•Standardize HR processes and ensure a consistent employee experience across LATAM, Asia, Europe, and the US.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

•Implement, and improve onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees, ensuring compliance with local laws in different regions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all equipment, tools, and resources are prepared for new hires on Day 1.
•Conduct exit interviews and work on improving retention strategies.

HR Compliance & Administrative Tasks:

•Ensure that employment contracts, tax documents, and compliance requirements are in line with the legal framework of each country (LATAM, Asia, EU, US).
•Maintain employee records and documents, such as contracts, certificates, and any required legal paperwork for all regions.
•Stay updated on HR-related legal changes in each region and proactively manage compliance.

Benefits & PTO Administration:

•Manage benefits administration across all regions, ensuring employee enrollments, terminations, and changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
•Track and manage Paid Time Off (PTO), sick leave, and other forms of leave for employees in different countries.
•Collaborate with external benefits providers to negotiate and offer competitive benefits packages tailored to each region.

HRIS Management & Reporting:

•Manage the HRIS and ensure all employee data is accurate, up to date, and correctly synced across systems.
•Generate and analyze HR reports, including workforce analytics, turnover, time to fill positions, and employee engagement data.

Employee Relations & Support:

•Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and resolve any issues related to HR policies, benefits, or administrative concerns across regions.
•Assist employees in understanding their benefits, PTO, and other HR-related inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.

Process Optimization:

•Continuously identify opportunities to improve people operations processes, tools, and systems to create a more efficient and scalable HR function.
•Drive automation and digital transformation in administrative tasks, ensuring processes are seamless and scalable as the company grows.

🟣 Qualifications:

•5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or a related field, with proven experience in managing HR processes across multiple countries (LATAM, Asia, EU, US preferred).
•In-depth knowledge of HR compliance and legal requirements across different regions.
•Experience with HRIS platforms, employee benefits management, and payroll systems.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing HR processes across multiple regions and time zones.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
•Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Portuguese, is a🟣 plus.
