The Role and What You’ll Do: 

The Senior Project Manager, Creative will oversee the end-to-end management of creative projects for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in creative project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for soccer. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all creative deliverables are executed flawlessly and align with the strategic vision of the hospitality program. 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program. 

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies and partners to develop and execute creative concepts, campaigns, and collateral. 

  • Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. 

  • Facilitate regular project meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns. 

  • Oversee the review and approval process for all creative deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and brand guidelines (including all management of reviews and approvals with FIFA). 

  • Manage resource allocation and scheduling to optimize team productivity and project outcomes. 

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. 

  • Foster a collaborative and creative working environment, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions. 

  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

 

You Have These: 

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in project management, within the creative or marketing industries. 

  • Proven track record of managing complex creative projects from concept to completion. 

  • Strong understanding of creative processes, including design, copywriting, and production. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Pageproof, etc). 

  • Knowledge of creative software and tools. 

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. 

 

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns. 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

  • Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup. 

  • Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$75,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$100,000 annually
