Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Provide guidance and support to the team throughout the development process. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful implementation of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance, SAP FI Asset Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI CO Finance modules. - Knowledge of asset accounting processes and best practices. - Experience with SAP implementation projects. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Experience with SAP integration tools and technologies. - Knowledge of SAP FI CO Finance reporting and analytics tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
