This high-impact, highly visible position reports to our VP of People & Talent and involves close collaboration with senior leadership across our purpose driven organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to innovate in a fast-paced, intense environment where hiring excellence and creativity are critical.
Your main focus will be recruiting talent across all teams, and you’ll also take ownership of strategic projects to elevate our hiring processes (e.g refining assessments, enhancing platform efficiencies, advancing employer branding). This role has accountability for hiring predominantly across the UK and the Philippines and could include broader international hiring as we grow.
You’re a values-driven Lead Technical Recruiter with a strong commitment to impactful, agile hiring. You excel in both technical and non-technical recruitment and thrive in a collaborative environment where you partner across teams to achieve ambitious results.
