The Payroll Analyst role will be part of a North America team responsible for the accurate processing and recording of all US & Canada payrolls.  We are looking for an engaged, customer focused, and process minded individual.

Work You’ll Do:

•    Processing and assisting with all payroll codes on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
•    Assisting with running Time Attendance Management interface files via -SAP for two payroll codes.
•    Uploading all interface files via ADP-Streamline. 
•    COS will upload interface files to payroll system -pay@work.
•    Assisting with completing ADP manual flexi forms with the applicable changes for all payroll codes.
•    Assisting with payroll related inquiries internal and external including government agencies-Service Canada, CRA, WSIB, EHT
•    Calculating retro payment, manual entries, adjustments, etc.
•    Maintaining accurate records of payroll transactions, documentation, and for auditing.
•    Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee at all levels payroll queries.
•    Coordinating with HR and Finance departments.
•    Assisting with Ad hoc requests.

You will be part of a North American Payroll team that works fully remote. Travel to the US may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

•    Post secondary education in Business or Finance would be an asset Payroll Compliance Practitinior (PCP designation or in progress.
•    Knowledge of Payroll and HR software, ADP, SAP, and Workday.
•    Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•    Strong knowledge of multi provincial and federal payroll complainant regulations.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills.
•    Ability to handle confidential information.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel- including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
•    High-level of accuracy and strong attention to details.
•    Prioritized effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
•    Ability and willingness to contribute effectively to a team environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Experience with ADP Vantage payroll process

  • 5-7 years of multi-state and multi-provincial payroll experience

  • Canadian Payroll Experience and certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Payroll Compliance Practitinior (PCP)

  • Associate or bachelor's degree
