Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, and making key decisions to ensure the successful development and configuration of software systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead a team of software developers to ensure successful development and configuration of software systems. - Collaborate with multiple teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Make key decisions regarding technology selection, architecture, and implementation. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Koltin,Spring Boot, Microservices - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Kotlin Programming Language. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience in developing and configuring software systems for various stages of the product lifecycle. - Knowledge of technologies and applications relevant to software development. - Experience in making key decisions regarding technology selection, architecture, and implementation.
